Castille Resources offers a myriad of services to their esteemed Finance and Tech network, including employer branding and the provision of global software and data teams, alongside permanent recruitment for specific talent verticals.
Our upcoming Digital platform aims to align with these services.
Chris Xuereb joins me in exploring further details on Digital to follow up its brief introduction in our previous newsletter.
Digital has been in the Castille pipeline since around 2016 and 2017, when newer workplace trends arose.
“People started looking at the reputation and culture of a company,” Chris began.
With the organisational culture in mind, Digital offers one key complimentary element: employer branding.
Chris explained, “It gave companies reason to think about their unique selling propositions.”
He then led the conversation with two questions:
“What makes them different from competitors, and what can they offer to potential employees, that competitors cannot?”
The advantage is twofold; Digital supplies the platform for users, allowing them the opportunity to ask deeper questions about their organisations to gain a competitive advantage.
In further understanding how Digital aims to align with our current pillars, it primarily serves as an entrance point. “Digital is a great source of how new candidates, clients, and coaches access the ecosystem,” Chris states.
For example, if one is interested in seeking a coach to learn about new skills, that would be done through the platform.
More specifically, “Digital supports the brand name with candidates Search or Labs would be shortlisting for the client,” Chris continues.
In this way, Digital is not only a point of access for candidates and clients, but also works to collaborate with our other pillars to ensure a smooth user experience.
Following this point, a reliable user experience is important for us to provide in creating a lifelong career companion. Digital follows users throughout their careers, “From when they’re still at university looking for internships, to the point where they start thinking of retiring,” Chris emphasises. “We can be there with them, assisting them throughout all the steps of their career.”
He then included a note on security for users on the platform, “In order to make sure they not only have a pleasant user experience but also a safe one.”
Finally, when asked about the long-term prospects for Digital, Chris expressed his want for the platform to be a point of reference for all Tech and Finance professionals.
Another goal is to prepare the portal to support remote work trends.
Chris’s final statement was a hopeful one: “The ultimate objective would be wherever you are situated in the world, you can come to our website, to Digital, and feel you are receiving customer value, and therefore you’ve had a satisfying and positive experience by interacting with the brand and website.”
And with that, we look forward to creating an ecosystem that supports working professionals worldwide.
