DESCRIPTION: XuperBraze 100H is a ultra-creamy water-base boron-modified brazing flux paste. It is recommended for use with torch, induction, furnace, resistance, dip and other heating methods. XuperBraze 100H is formulated particularly for applications where larger amounts of refractory oxides may be present, such as carbide parts. It offers protection from extended heating cycles and is indispensible when used where local over-heating may occur, as with rapid induction heating. XuperBraze 100H is perfect for applications using a brush, dip, or spray. It has excellent wetting and its vertical adherence both before and during heating is outstanding. There is no spatter upon heating this flux. It can be diluted, if necessary, with distilled or deionized water without spatter. XuperBraze 100H provides outstanding removal of tenacious oxides , surface protection, staying power, and wetting, to produce optimum braze joints. The residue of XuperBraze 100H can be removed with hot water. XuperBraze 100H has a long storage life without crystallizing or caking and conforms to many specifications

HEALTH AND SAFETY: Observe normal brazing and welding practices, respiratory protection and proper air flow pattern advised. For general welding and brazing practices, see AWS publications Z49.1 “Safety in Welding and Cutting and Allied Process”. Welding and brazing are completely safe processes when performed in accordance with proper safety measures. Become familiar with local safety regulations before beginning welding or brazing operations. DO NOT operate brazing or welding equipment or use brazing and welding materials before you have thoroughly read the proper instruction manual(s). Please refer to the Eutectic internet site for Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) information. DISREGARDING THESE INSTRUCTIONS, AND/OR THE INSTRUCTIONS OF BRAZING EQUIPMENT OR MATERIAL MANUALS, MAY BE HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH.
