RECOGIDA DE GÉNERO (para abono): Previa aceptación de fábrica, toda mercancía recogida sufrirá una depreciación del 20% sobre la tarifa que se aplicó en su día. La mercancía recogida en malas condiciones no se abonará. RECOGIDA DE GÉNERO (procedente de cambio): Fábrica se obliga a solucionar lo antes posible los problemas a ella imputables, restaurando la mercancía o cambiándola. Cualquier pieza dañada o defectuosa deberá ser devuelta a fábrica para su reparación, no puede ser sustituída ya que la chapa no igualaría. Por su parte, el cliente se obliga a devolverla en la misma entrega o en la siguiente; en otro caso, se extenderá la factura correspondiente. PIEZAS ESPECIALES: Se admiten variaciones de medidas, previa consulta a fábrica de viabilidad y plazo de entrega, con un incremento del 20%. IMPUESTOS: Con cargo al comprador. IMPAGADOS: Es norma general no servir ningún pedido si se encuentra pendiente de solución el cobro de algún efecto o recibo impagado. PUBLICIDAD: Queda totalmente prohibida la publicación impresa o por otros medios de fabricación sin la autorización expresa de la empresa. INDICACIÓN IMPORTANTE EN PEDIDOS: Rogamos cursar sus pedidos indicando la medida. En su defecto enviaremos largueros para somier de 195 cm. CONDICIONES DE PAGO CONTADO: 2% Descuento.
