SPORTS PROGRAMME Saturday 17 June 2017
@CaterhamSport
Dear Parents and Players, I offer parents, players, staff and officials a very warm welcome to Caterham School. I hope that there are many closely fought encounters today and that all pupils involved go away enriched by their physical endeavours. While striving to win is vitally important, it is not more important than the sportsmanship and friendship that make sport so special and such an integral part of the education that we offer our pupils. With that in mind I hope that all matches today are played in the positive atmosphere that they should be. I remind all of us that we are all responsible for ensuring that the pupils are supported at all times. Please let us all applaud good play from both teams, offer our congratulations to the victors but also acknowledge the efforts of the losers. We hope that you enjoy the hospitality on offer today at Caterham. We aim to make you feel as welcome as possible and to give you the best possible experience of the school. If you are visiting our Hill Fields, please be patient as the building work on the new pavilion continues. Hopefully the next time that you visit, it will be finished and you can enjoy our hospitality on a balcony overlooking the pitches. Enjoy the British sunshine! Yours in sport, Rob Clarke Director of Sport

'Excellent story-tellers... They greet the audience as if they are long lost friends' British Theatre Guide ★★★★
GIANT Human Zoo Theatre Company Wednesday 5 July 7.00pm for 7.30pm ArtsHouse | Humphreys Theatre, Caterham School Tommy, 22, lives with three generations of his family. They've learnt to ignore the strange things his nan says over dinner, and the bizarre rumblings coming from the attic. Horribly honest clowns and questionable cabaret acts ignite the stage with Human Zoo’s trademark live music, puppetry, poetry & movement. GIANT is an explosive, absurd and visceral adventure into 'Adulting'... Could Tommy’s nan know more than meets the eye?
