There are Chefs in the world, whom continously affect through the taste and make it better than me. One of these is Ferran Adrià, who I honor with the idea of the Quarta Posata, inspired by his tapas tongs. Ci sono Chef nel mondo che emozionano attraverso il gusto continuamente e lo fanno meglio di me. Uno di questi è Ferran Adrià, cui omaggio l'idea della Quarta Posata, ispirata dalla sua pinza per tapas.
