I was born in San Daniele del Friuli on the 11th of april 1992. I spend my teen years playing in a band, reading and drawing. This interest in art brought me into the architecture world in first place choseing to study in my native region in Udine. After some work experiences as personal teacher, and collaborator in the michielizanatta.net studio, I moved in Venice in 2016 to study in I.U.A.V. University. This experience in Venice, and also the erasmusm period in Portugal, enreached me culturally and personally, and brought me willings for new researches in the architecture and urban fields. Education

I “architecture without architects”
Project of a holiday house in Torre Pali in Puglia, south Italy
The idea on witch is based this project, beside the creation of a cosy and familiar space in wich sleep, eat, relax, talk, take sunbaths, is a balance interaction in between the local enviroment and architecture. The project has to respond to specifics necessities linked to the mediterranean caratteristics such as the flora and the sunheat. For these reasons technology, materials used, and the project space, are inspired by local spontaneous archtecture: small buildings made with thik walls, covered or by white lime wich is not able to absorb sunheat or by local tuff rock from Lecce. This is the kind of architecture that Bernard Rudofsky calls “architecture without architect” in his homonymous book. In this project you can see what is the basis of arhcitecuture design: the genius loci, or the importance you have always to give to the enviroment. The project at the very end has to look like if it was always been in there, as it is.

Temproary residences and congress hall in archeological UNESCO site in Polgenigo, north Italy
This project is designed on the archeological Unesco site of PalÚ; a marshy and humid area near the village of Polcenigo, in witch recently were found stilts dating back to the Paleolithic era. On the basis of this discovers, the aim of the project is to create spaces for the archeologists to live and work there, and spaces for visitors as common areas and exibithion areas. In addition to the functional porpouse, the concept of the composition itself, is the design of a big roof element, made in wood, that works like a slender covered piazza that brings togherer all this spaces. Under this rectagular element there’s placed in the entrance a pubblic pavillion. Behind it, the floor devides in three stripes following the wheelbase of the roof structure, in witch the home units are distributed and trees go across the elements starting from the ground in the patios.

IV Venice: between past and present
Holtel resort in Island of Certosa in Venice, Individual holiday units The islan of Certosa is part of the archipelagus of the venice lagoon islands. This island is located nearly above the Giardini della Biennale, in the Sestiere Castello, that is where the Biennale di Venezia take place moveing every year thousends of visitors. Because of its location and the fact that there’s a lot of free space, the island of Certosa may be a right place in witch settle a luxury resort area for a strict target of visitors. The masterplan includes a congress centre, an hotel with main reception, and private luxury residences, witch is the project developed in this pages. In general, the concept behind the masterplan is a dialogue and a coexistence of the old preexistences in the island, dated back in the 1st world war, with the new porpouses. The area in with the residences are designed was the old deposit of gunpuwder, for each deposit corresponds an house. The new building interacts from the inside with the old building without touching it but interpretating the shape.

V Redevelopements in rural Alentejo
Monte Afonseanes, redevelopement of a rural area throught slow turism in Alentejo, Portugal Saboia and Santa Clara-a-Velha are two villages of the town of Odemira in inner rural Alentejo, suffering from a huge isolation and depopulation. These are close one to another but bad connected. Recentely an old train stop in between the two was re-opened, and starting from this new possibility, the project aim is to fiund a strategy to connect the two villages, but also to gain innovation and more opportunity for this territories. Analiseing this area near the station, there has been found the ruins of two old agricular buildings, tipical of the area, located on the very top of one of the hills nearby. From this preexistences, has arisen the idea to create a place that could catch the atention of a slow turism: the rehabilitation of the ruins, as common areas in witch eat toghether, contempling the traditional home concept of alentejo, and work toghether; plus the creation of a new building for the few visitors to sleep there.

Bike pedemontana: spaces for an alternative mobility sistem based on the integration between train and bicicle
In the last years, in the Friuli Venezia Giulia north Italy region, the interest on the bicicle economy and activity linked with tourism is increasing, both in private and pubblic. But what would the pubblic space look like if, on a long period of time, the interaction between train transport and bicicle transport became predominant? The thesis researches on the possibility that the pubblic urban regional politics linked to slow mobility, tourism and landscape menagement, became a support for the daily mobility based on the integration between bike and train. The investigate area is the directory of the occidental foothills and Collio.
