Welcome to the 8th Annual Rossmoor Home Show, brought to you by a dedicated team of REALTORS and staff at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. We’ve been serving the real estate needs of Rossmoor for over 40 years and we know and love the community!
The Home Show proceeds, and all donations, benefit a wonderful cause, the Rossmoor Fund, a charitable organization designed to assist fellow Rossmoor residents in times of financial need. In the 8 years of our Home Show, we’ve raised over $74,000 for the Rossmoor Fund!

Our Mission
The mission of the Rossmoor Fund is to develop and fund programs for those in the Rossmoor community who are in need, assist Rossmoor organizations in meeting their charitable and educational goals, develop and fund educational programs, and to improve both Rossmoor and the health and well-being of its residents.
The Fund
The Rossmoor Fund is a California non-profit public benefit corporation serving the charitable and educational needs of the Rossmoor community. It is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is qualified to receive tax deductible gifts.
Grants
The Rossmoor Fund makes grants to low income individuals residing in Rossmoor who have a financial emergency, and to organizations for projects that improve the quality of life for Rossmoor residents. Apply at the Counseling Office in Rossmoor or visit www.RossmoorFund.org for more information.
