Our CSBB Enterprise Agreement guarantees your pay will be at least 1.5% above the NSW Department of Education for School based roles.
We provide every primary and secondary classroom teacher with collaborative planning time (CPT), in addition to the usual release from face-to-face.
Eligible staff receive a 25% discount on their children’s school fees at our schools, pro-rated to their FTE.
Our Enterprise Agreement reflects our deep commitment to having systems in place which give our frontline staff a genuine voice in their work.

The PEC role has been developed in response to community feedback and the vision of strengthening family, school and diocesan connections.
The PEC works in two focus areas; supporting family wellbeing to promote learning and engaging all families in the Catholic school community.
Kickstart your career through our trainee program and gain qualifications in Information Technology while being paid!
Throughout the two-year program, you will be paid to study a Certificate III and IV in Information Technology while working in one of our schools. As a trainee, you will gain valuable workplace experience and learn new skills through one-on-one mentoring and coaching.
