We’re are SO thrilled to start this journey with you! SO, here’s the thing. The branding/design/web process can be exciting, scary, awesome AND totally confusing at times. We get it! So we created this guide just for you, to be a quick overview of our offerings, what to expect, and why we may be the right fit for you, to make you feel right at home. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? [ OUR NUMBER ONE ASKED QUESTION ]
Developing a custom website is an intensive process (it’s that good kind of hustle though, we promise). It’s one of those things in your biz that is super important to get JUST RIGHT, and we hope you agree! So the answer is, it’s always different. We do not do any work using templates, each and every design is designed specifically for you. With that said, we still understand ballpark estimates are helpful in wrapping your head around the process, so here’s a bit of how it works. PHASE ONE
The homework Phase begins. We create a custom project just for your company in a Project Management software called Basecamp. This is our hub for our entire project. You’ll find deadlines, to do lists, design proofs and all correspondence here (it’s super awesome and easy to use). We collect inspirations, ideas, content during this phase. Everything we need to nail down your style and information. This step starts right away and normally takes 2-3 months from date of booking. PHASE TWO
The design Phase begins. Here’s where all our hard work comes together in a gorgeous design. We present the concepts, and work together closely to perfect it. Once the base concept is perfected, we move on to the inside pages and get all the design totally dialed in and GORGEOUS. This phase normally takes a few weeks. PHASE THREE
The coding Phase begins. We take the finally approved designs, and get them all coded up in CSS/HTML or WordPress, and we present it to you behind the scenes, to click around on and test out. This phase also usually takes a few weeks. PHASE FOUR
The launch Phase! You give us the final, final, approval, we set a date for your big reveal, we pop the champers and CELEBRATE you! This is the funnest (most fun?) step and where all of our hard work finally comes to life (it’s kinda like having a baby, but without the pain). There is nothing like launch date! It’s our favorite part - we finally get to show your brilliance to the world. It’s the BEES KNEES.

THIS PACKAGE IS FOR YOU IF:
The classic package is for those clients looking for a traditional website and blog combo. This is our most popular package for small businesses. The website is done in CSS & HTML and is coded manually. This package includes a simple content management system (CMS) called PageLime for swap out of images and text. This is perfect for the clients that do not need to update their site more than a few times a year. The blog is a separate site, built on a WordPress platform. The blog design complements the website design. The blog is a simple 2-column layout, with social media widgets for easy sharing.

THIS PACKAGE IS FOR YOU IF:
The WordPress package is for those clients looking for a dynamic, growing website or blogsite (site with a blog as main focus). This is our most popular package for sites that are rich in functionality and features. The website is done entirely on the WordPress platform for maximum versatility. This is perfect for clients that need more control over updating the site, or for clients who want a functionality-rich stand alone blog. This is also an excellent choice for clients who are familiar with the WordPress platform, or who would like the site and blog fully integrated together seamlessly.

E-COMMERCE [ WORDPRESS OR SHOPIFY SITE ]
THE BASE PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• Dynamically coded in CSS/HTML/PHP • Up to 5 landing pages, up to 5 collection pages and 20 total product pages • WordPress Platform OR Shopify for updates • Simple blog integration
THIS PACKAGE IS FOR YOU IF:
The e-commerce packages is for those clients looking to sell digital services or products. Clients can choose from Wordpress with Woocommerce plugin (for those who want more robust blog platform) or Shopify platform (for those who want more robust selling features). Shopify includes intial setup and custom theme, does not include monthly fee paid directly to Shopify.com. Certain items from this package can be swapped out for a custom e-course platform and sales instead of products. Additional pages or products can be added on to this package a la carte. E-commerce payment integrated through Paypal or Stripe.

THIS PACKAGE IS FOR YOU IF:
The membership site package is for those looking to create a monthly membership program, where you have monthly/weekly/annually paid (or free) subscribers. All content is driven by a membership plugin that restricts access to paid members, also automatically charging them monthly. The template version is a set layout, that is updated with your logo, colors and fonts, and is installed and set up for you. We also provide videos on how to use your new system. Custom membership sites can include forums, groups and additional features, Additional pages or products can be added on to this package a la carte. E-commerce payment integrated through Paypal or Stripe.
