Thank you for taking time to view the consignments in this premier offering of Brahman genetics. We are pleased to have 13 consignors that are dedicated to producing Brahman cattle that are acceptable in our current industry-cattle that can be used in a registered or a top end F1 program. I have personally screened almost all of the consignments and they are the kind of cattle we can all use in our programs. In addition to a group of long-time consignors, we have a grey herd dispersal of the Phillip Cattle Company. They have decided to focus on their red Brahman cattle.
I am extremely excited about the 8 Brahman bulls we have in the sale. Take a close look at these bulls and if you decide to take one or all of them home with you today, you will be adding performance and quality to your herd.

Cash or check. Cattle will be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer will settle any bid disputes on the auction block. All cattle are to be paid for by the purchaser at the time of the sale. Cattle will not be released until after settlement has been made. Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk immediately after it is sold. Announcements made on sale day on the auction block shall take precedence over the information in this sale catalog or other advertising. We reserve the right to withdraw any sale lot that does not meet our specifications prior to the sale.
Health
All cattle are in excellent health and evaluated on a health protocol by an accredited veterinarian in the state of Texas. Each animal will be accompanied by an individual health certificate for immediate interstate shipment.
Breeding Guarantee
Bred females and pairs are considered breeders with no further guarantee. Open females are guaranteed to be breeders. If heifer is not pregnant by 30 months of age, she may be returned to seller and seller has six months to prove her as a breeder. If she is not bred after 6 months, a credit will be issued by the seller for a replacement of equal value. The bulls sold in this sale have passed a fertility test and are guaranteed by the consignors to be breeders, provided they are properly cared for and handled by purchaser. The bulls have been trichomoniasis tested negative. Any bull failing to breed after 6 months may be returned to the seller if in good condition. Seller reserves the right to try bull for 6 months. If he proves to be a breeder, he will be returned at buyer’s expense. If the bull proves to be a non-breeder, a credit will be issued by the seller for a replacement of equal value. Seller is not liable for bulls lost due to injury or death.
Hauling
Cattle hauling can be arranged. Contact sale management for more details, or speak to our sales staff when you check out after the sale. Charges are determined by the specific hauler’s set rate.

This sale will be broadcast live with Cattle in Motion. You may watch and bid online during the live broadcast on sale day by creating an account or logging into your already existing account at cattleinmotion.com.
