What is a Percentile Table?

A percentile table shows where bulls ranks amongst all of the SimAngus™ bulls in the ASA data base powered by IGS. Therefore, if a bull has a Yearling Weight EPD of 100 he would rank in the Top 40% of the breed for that trait. The below chart shows the percentile ranking of all of the EPDs measure for the American Simmental Association. Barker Cattle Company works hard at finding the genetics that bring to the table a balanced set EPDs and are strong in terms of their percentile rank amongst all the SimAngus™ bulls registered.
