Hello, my name is Walker Murphy and this is my 12th and final year in 4-H. I can’t express enough the many wonderful experiences and things 4-H has taught me. I am graduating High School this year and just completed my auctioneering at the Western College of Auctioneering in Montana. I look forward to my future in the agriculture industry. This year, my steer is a home raised black Simmental cross who has a ton of carcass traits and will be sure to fill your freezer and he will taste good as well. My heifer is a purebred Gelbvieh that I invested in last fall, and I am excited to see what she will add to my herd in the future. Thank you to everyone who has supported 4-H and made this year a success! Well, ladies and gentlemen, let’s sell this solid black chunk of beef!
