DELIVERY
OPTION A: Take your bull home on sale day and receive $100 off the purchase of your bull.
OPTION B: Free delivery on the bulls to central points in Western Canada. We will do our best to get them right to your place. Distances further will be on a cost share basis. Bulls can be taken back to the sellers and boarded free of charge to May 1/25. After that a $5.00/day charge will apply. We request that all bulls returning to the farm be insured.
FOR US BUYERS
Our sales are conducted in Canadian funds. The U.S. exchange rate will be available at the settlement desk. Upon successful purchase of an animal, the consignors will assist with the necessary documentation, health exams, brokerage and U.S. custom charges necessary to export your animal to the U.S.
An additional fee of $300.00 U.S. per animal will be charged for this service, and is due at time of settlement. Transportation to a convenient location is included in this price.

There will be endless options to do this on March 13th at Northern Light. No matter what your colour preference is, we will have blacks, reds and full bloods in spades to sort through. These bulls are real world bulls that are muscular and fed to be athletic. They are easy doing with a great deal of emphasis on calving ease and performance traits and backed by a super set of working cows. The Northern Light program annually seeks out some of the real good walking bulls and utilizes top ai sires and that is very evident in this years offering.

Something special here! A Slider calf that has always had that herd bull presence right from a baby calf! He is deep bodied, great spring of rib, has a deep thick quarter and strong top to him. Born from a first calf heifer that looks very well, has good length and very attractive. Her udder is the perfect size with good teats. One that will be at the front end of our sale for sure!
A really good solid made son of Mandate. Mandate works on our cows very well. 1M is stout, lots of depth and spring of rib and has that heavy haircoat that Mandate always throws. Look at all these Mandate sons, it is amazing how he stamps the same look on every son!

Like all the Slider sons he started with a low 81 lb birthweight but grew into an extremely thick, nice fronted bull with a tremendous hair coat! Another favorite of mine! A very dark red bull with a great haircoat. He is very stout, thick and has good depth of body and a nice thick quarter. His dam is a nice red blaze cow with a nice udder. Being born from a first calf heifer with a low 84 lb birth weight we believe this guy should calve well and add thickness and that very special dark red color!

The powerhouse of the sale for sure! This Ohtahni son is as dark red as they come, has a good big foot, long body, good depth and thickness throughout. His dam is a powerhouse of a cow that we displayed as a pair at the first annual MSA Field Day, where we had lots of good comments from fellow breeders. A nice red blaze son of Ohtahni! I love when a bull sires calves that all have the same look and Ohtahni sure does that. Dark red color, lots of heavy muscle in a nice smooth package. This guy has that extra look to him and is out of a very nice female we purchased from Schweilzer Simmentals that has a good udder and does a good job!

MI Ms Dallas 39D is a cow that seems to never miss. I think by now most people know her has the dam of Battle Cry and Panther. We have been asked by people, “why don’t you breed her polled?” Well this guy is that! Dark red as you can make one, he has a smooth polled head, good length, good hip and nice depth of body. Riptide has a ton of natural muscling and thickness and puts it all together into a complete package with sound structure, a good haircoat and an attractive front end.
We sure are a fan of this guy! He is out of an exceptional first calf heifer that we bought from the Black Meadows Dispersal last fall. She sure did a good job on her first calf! He is long spined, deep bodied and attractive fronted. Just like his dam, he is well balanced and extremely structurally sound. A true feature right here!
