GOAL
STRATEGY
HEALTH HUB AT 5-POINT INTERSECTION
The five-point intersection locates in the central area of the community with more urban intensity and pedestrian traffic. The intersection maintains great potential for redevelopment in three phases with its vacant buildings and underutilized open spaces.
TREES ALONG THOROUGH-
This strategy is the designation of a distinctive identity to the neighborhood. The Eastern Redbud will be the consistent natural feature based on its characters plated throughout three phases. The action also can completely change the experience of walking or driving through the neighborhood.
Lotus Stone Park Design
A Neighborhood Park Landscape Design, Beijing, China The site locates in Shijingshan District 10 kilometers away from Downtown Beijing. The total area is about 351ha surrounded by several residential neighborhoods and a nursery garden.
Based on local stakeholders and neighborhoods, the park is designed as a family friendly City Park combined plenty natural elements, and event-related public spaces. The grass theater in the middle of the park could holds city events and community festivals. The well designed soft scape and water system could provide a leisure destination for citizens living in this busy cosmopolitan.
Urban Land Institution Competition--Avon Crossing
A Mixed-use Development Plan with Real Estate Finance Plan, Avondale, Cincinnati, OH
We are proposing a plan with the ultimate goal to make Avondale an attractive and safe place to live by incorporating new housing, retail and office opportunities with the use for a mixed-use development plan.
The Vibrant Revitalization of Georgetown
A Redevelopment Plan for Downtown with Implementation Strategies, Georgetown, KY
Connectivity
Green Infrastructure
The Vibrant Revitalized Georgetown is an engaging and inclusive city focused on sustainability, seamlessly tied to its core, connected to its historical character through balanced urban and rural living, sustained by thoughtful innovative practices. Each of the redevelopment interventions have been married to the original planning goals then expressed by how it was reached. And these interventions are paired to an implementation strategy as well as to strategic partners in the city.
