The clean rooms can be made to the following classes: 100-1000-10000 and 100000. Each of these classes corresponds to a maximum air contamination limit; the choice of class usually depends on the type of product to be treated. Clean rooms are used when packaging food products such as cold meats, cheese, ready-made dishes, etc. The system consists basically of: an air treatment unit with a set of filtering sections, network of ducts for air distribution, suction, renewal and overpressure.
