SALAMI FACTORY TRADITION TECHNOLOGY QUALITY
Production system Automatic machine •
max. production: 200 q/8 hours
•
operators :1 person
•
area necessary for placing the machine 3,5 x 2,5 mt
Flouring salami with an electrostatic system The system is composed of: • Containing and recuperating booth • Automatic electrostatic distributor • Overhead conveyor
Benefits • •
•
The operator does not come in contact with the flour. The system proposed is studied and projected according to the most restrictive norms regarding air filtering. The working environment remains perfectly clean as the application booth is in depression and does not leave traces of the product inside the working area.
Production working steps: • • •
•
An operator loads the ‘rods’ onto an overhead conveyor The conveyor takes the ’rods’ into the application booth Flour is applied onto the salami using automatic distributors with recuperation and recycling of excess flour The same operator unloads the rods from the overhead conveyor
Pay-back • • • •
Manpower for production as the whole system is automatic. No specialized personnel required as production is completely automatic Notable saving of applied product The system allows for the precise and constant dosing of the flour being applied to the salamis.
Test room
Manual machine
We can carry out tests using your ham and your flour.
• • •
The laboratory verifies the feasibilty of the process and guarantees the final results.
max. production 25 q/8 hour operators: 1 person area necessary for placing the machine 2,5 x 3,5 mt The system is composed of: • A containing and recuperating booth • A manual electrostatic distributor
Working steps: An operator takes the ’rods’ and places them manually inside the booth that has a supporting hook. The same operator uses an electrostatic distributor to apply the flour manually.
SPECIAL APPLICATIONS Gelatine The application of powdered gelatine on pieces of cooked hams and roasts, allows the original moisture of the product to be preserved
