Impianto per il confezionamento in rete di salumi • L’impianto può confezionare in rete elastica e non salumi aventi un diametro minimo di 70 mm fino a un diametro max di 170 mm e una lunghezza di 1200 mm. • In base al diametro del prodotto deve essere installata sulla macchina l’opportuna attrezzatura, facile da inserire e da sostituire. • Il prodotto deve essere già confezionato in budello sintetico. • Le fasi del ciclo sono le seguenti: - introduzione del salume nella macchina: in automatico tramite un nastro alimentatore, oppure in manuale da parte dell’operatore; - un sensore individuato il pezzo dà inizio al ciclo che prevede in sequenza: - l’insacco in rete, - la clippatura da entrambe le parti con l’inserimento a richiesta di un’asola per l’appendimento, - il taglio della rete - l’espulsione del prodotto. • L’impianto inoltre è dotato di uno speciale sistema che
permette il cambio del tubo portarete in automatico. • La rete deve essere precaricata sull’apposito tubo mediante l’impiego della macchina caricarete. • Il funzionamento dell’impianto elettro-pneumatico è gestito da un PLC che oltre a controllarne ogni sequenza di funzionamento, sincronizza l’alimentazione del prodotto e il cambio del tubo portarete. • Tramite un apposito touch screen è possibile visualizzare e variare tutti i parametri del ciclo di lavoro. • Struttura della macchina costruita in acciaio inox 304 e materiali plastici adatti al contatto con alimenti. • Inseritore automatico di palline per evitare la formazione della punta nei salumi stagionati (optional). La macchina sopra descritta è conforme alla direttiva macchine Europea in materia di sicurezza, rumore ed igiene.
Automatic plant for the packaging of salumi using net • The system can pack salumi in elastic and non-elastic net with a minimum diameter of 70 mm to a maximum of 170 mm and a length of 1200 mm • Based on the diameter of the product, the appropriate equipment should be put on the machine, it is easy to insert and replace. • The product should be also packaged in sythetic casing. • The stages of the cycle are as follow: - The insertion of the salumi in the machine that can be done automatically by using an automatic conveyor belt or manually by the operator; - A sensor pinpoints the individual piece at the beginning of the cycle and follows it in succession: - Packaging in net; - the clipping of each of the parts with the addition, upon request, of a hanging loop; - the cutting of the net; - the ejection of the product. • Also, the machine is equipped with a special system that allows the automatic changing of net tube once the net is finished. • The net needs to be pre loaded
on the appropriate tube through the use of a net-loading machine • The operation of the electropneumatic system is managed by PLC that, as well as controlling each stage of the operation, synchronises the supply of the product and the changing of the net-loading tube. • Trough a touch screen it is possible visualise and vary all parameters of the cycle in real time. • The machine is made entirely of stainless steel 304 and treated plastic material for food industry. • Automatic balls inserting device, in order to avoid the “cone tip“ on the salami (optional). The machine described above is in accordance with and conforms to the European machine directive in the domain of safety, noise and hygiene.
