Caylen Payne

Caylen is graduate of The Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University with a Master Degree in Urban Planning, Design and Development. My motto is, "Utopia is not found in the dark recess of the imagination, but in the concrete expression of our daily lives". The relationship between policy and political ecology is at the heart of my thinking. Specifically, how does local land use policy and zoning ordinances affect peoples daily lives and the built environment.
