Leadership

Garth is Managing Director of Arch and Godfrey (Cayman) Ltd, one of the leading, family-owned construction firms in the Cayman Islands. He has over 20 years of business experience in the Cayman construction sector. As a chartered civil and structural engineer, Garth has consulted on numerous projects in Cayman and the Caribbean. He is the former Chairman of the Trade and Business Licensing Board, having served in that capacity for over 13 years.

Colin has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, ranging from the captive to the commercial underwriting marketplace. He is the Chief Operations Officer for IMG Trust Company Ltd. and has held senior positions in the captive insurance sector at SRS Cayman Islands and Marsh Management Services.

He is a former International Center for Captive Education (ICCIE) instructor He served as Chair of the Cayman Islands Insurance Managers Association and is the current Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce treasurer

Tony was born in Ontario, Canada, where he spent 22 years in an executive capacity with BCE, Canada’s largest company. In 2001, Tony relocated to the Cayman Islands to be the managing director of Caribbean Publishing. In 2003, when he resigned from the corporate world, he entered the real estate field and is now the Broker / Owner of Heritage & Hinton Real Estate. Tony continues to be active in the Cayman Islands and recently served as Chairman of the OfReg Consumer Council. In addition, Tony is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman Sunrise and has served on the Board of CIREBA (Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association) and the Board of Governors for Cayman Prep and High School. Tony is married to Lisa, his wife of 22 years, and together they have a 17-year-old son, Anthony, and a 12-year-old daughter, Francesca.

Brittany is an Associate Director at Cayman Finance, specialising in Business Development within the Insurance, Reinsurance, Banking, and Trust sectors. Her career spans over a decade, including multiple roles at a Big Four accounting firm across the Cayman Islands, the United States, and Bermuda. Brittany collaborates closely with government agencies, business leaders, leadership teams, industry associations, and Cayman Finance members in her current role. Academically, Brittany holds a Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester. She is an Accredited Director, a member of The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, and a certified Mental Health First Aider.

Virgil M. Napier, MBA, Area Director for Sales and Marketing for the Dual Forbes Five-Star Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa

Virgil has been a key figure in the luxury hospitality world of Cayman and the Caribbean. He started Napier's journey in the U.S.V.I.'s for The Ritz-Carlton Brand, then moved to launch what is now the Four Seasons Anguilla (formerly Viceroy) and the pre-opening build of Rosewood Baha Mar—all esteemed Resorts and products at the upper echelon of intuitive service and luxury experiences. From his time during 2020-2021 on the TIPPS (Cayman's Travel Industry Public-Private Sector Committee), heading up the marketing and proposed relaunch of Cayman to the post covid world, to being the Vice President of Marketing for SITE (Society of Incentive Travel Excellence, Florida and the Caribbean) from 2019 through now. Being a part of our Caribbean Region has been instrumental in forging relationships and expertise in the local commercial community. Most recently being elected to the Cayman Islands Tourism Association Board for 2025-2027, Napier is passionate about protecting our economy and environment while embracing our local Art and Culinary Scenes.

Kellie is a seasoned Caymanian professional with expertise in business development, corporate strategy, and operational excellence. She has worked with the World Health Organization and spent over a decade at a startup pharmaceutical company, where she contributed to its growth into a thriving enterprise with several hundred employees. As co-owner of Healthy Futures, a Caymanbased business consultancy firm, Kellie supports clients across all industries, locally and globally, on strategy, operations, and culture. An active community leader, a former Leadership Cayman participant and mentor, and a 2015 YCLA recipient, Kellie holds a BSc from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc from Imperial College London.

Jermaine Sharpe, Head of Sales and Marketing, Rubis Cayman Islands Limited

Jermaine has held this post for the past seven years. He is from George Town, Grand Cayman, and a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa. He majored in Business with an emphasis on Marketing. During his tenure with Rubis, he has spearheaded the business redevelopment and rebranding of the services. His responsibilities include marketing, service stations, sales promotions, business development, new product launches, lubricants, commercial and industrial sales, marine bunkering, and marinas.

Jermaine is a husband & father of a 19-month-old. Jermaine is past president of the CIFFA League & enjoys taking part in the local flag football league annually. He has represented Cayman internationally and is part of the 9- & 8-man teams. He is a certified scuba diver and enjoys travel. He is also currently the Chairman of CayMas Carnival.

Dr. Annette Stephenson, Au.D., ABAC, F-AAA, Founder and CEO, Cayman Hearing Centre

Annette is the CEO and lead audiologist at Cayman Hearing Center and the first Caymanian to earn a Doctor of Audiology degree. A Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, she holds Board Certification from the American Board of Audiology and is certified in Vestibular Assessment and Rehabilitation. Since founding the Cayman Hearing Center in 2007, she has transformed hearing healthcare in the Cayman Islands, providing essential services previously unavailable. A recognized leader in her field, she educates physicians and patients through seminars and advocacy, earning accolades such as the Emerging Pioneer Award. As Chair of the National Council for Persons with Disabilities, she continues to champion accessibility and innovation in healthcare.

Tamsin Deasey Weinstein, Director of Marketing, Communications, Admissions and Registrar, University College of the Cayman Islands

Tamsin is the Director of Marketing, Communications, Admissions, and Registrar at UCCI, where she drives transformative initiatives in AI, higher education, workforce development, and strategic partnerships. Her achievements include securing $2M in EU funding for sustainability training, establishing partnerships with 12 international universities, and implementing comprehensive workforce readiness programmes. As Cochair of Cayman's AI Education Steering Group and member of the CXC Committee, she bridges public-private collaboration to advance Cayman's economic diversification and workforce capabilities. With over 20 years of experience driving employability initiatives in the UK and Caribbean, she champions public-private sector collaboration to build a future-oriented workforce.
