future. This week let us pray for innocence, for wisdom and for deep hope for the future.
EREA Heads of Junior School Conference On Thursday and Friday I am travelling to Melbourne with colleagues to attend a national gathering of Heads of Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) Junior Schools. CBC colleagues and I have been invited to present a seminar on the importance of a whole school approach to education as the following conference excerpt explains: “Great schools “row as one”; they are quite clearly in the same boat, pulling in the same direction in unison.” In this presentation Principal of CBC Adelaide Noel Mifsud, Deputy Shaun Clarke and Assistant Principal Junior Campus Caroline Clarke will share with you how a tightly aligned community is marked by a palpable sense of common purpose and shared identity among staff. A clear sense of “we” ensures a College such as CBC which exists on three separate campuses is unified in a common identity shaped by our role as a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice Community.
