Appendix 2: Definitions

16.1. Suspected or alleged breaches of this Policy are to be reported to the General Manager. 16.2. Suspected or alleged breaches of this policy shall be dealt with by following the processes outlined for breaches of the Code of Conduct, as detailed in the Code and in the Procedures for the Administration of the Code.
