About
COLDWELL BANKER MOUNTAIN PROPERTIES Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties has a humbling history that begins as far back as 1984 when the first Coldwell Banker office was established in the Colorado Rockies. Two more Coldwell Banker offices would be started in the following decade in nearby mountain towns and eventually these three offices would be consolidated under one company name—Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties. The vision that brought these three Coldwell Banker offices under one company umbrella was to create the premiere real estate company in the Rocky Mountain West, focused on luxury ski resort communities. Today, CBMP operates 14 offices in 12 cities, with over 170 brokers serving 30 communities across a span of 800 miles. Our brokers are experts in luxury resort real estate, with a track record of representing extraordinary properties throughout Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, and Wyoming. Our brokers live, work, and play in these mountain resorts communities—they are local experts who are the ultimate guides to help our clients navigate each unique market, and make the most out of their real estate journey.
