Sales have increased in the mid to high level from $250k-$1mil by 11.9% and 28.6% respectively. Prices are stabilizing across most segments, a trend that continues into the markets south as well.There’s a slight adjustment in sales in both the lower end of the market and at the over $1mil segment, contributing to an overall slight drop in sales -1.9%.
