Coldwell Banker Paradise is pleased to be able to present you with an option for farming in 2019 that is efficient as well as cost effective. We’ve designed several EDDM themes for you to choose from, depending on what you want your marketing message to be in the coming year. You will receive 3 designs of the same theme that will each come out three times during the year. The company will also produce 3 quarterly market reports as a part of your EDDM cycle that you can brand and mail out as part of your schedule. This program is designed to span a full 12 months - so once you have placed your order and paid your deposit, you can go about the business of real estate and leave the rest up to us. STEP 1
PICK YOUR ROUTES. Type the zip code of the area you are interested in. Once you’ve done that, you can take your arrow (with your mouse) and hover over different roads you would like to farm. You will see them light up. As they light up, numbers will appear in the tool bar telling you how many people live on that route. This is how you decide which routes you want and how many pieces you will need to buy. If you need assistance with this, talk to your ASC, or call marketing at 772-461-1324 and ask for Judy.

IMPORTANT TIP Write down the EDDM route number and the number of addresses in that area to help you make your marketing plan for 2019.
STEP 2 DESIGN
We have found that the most successful EDDMs are the ones that reflect the personal brand of the agent mailing them. We have many talented graphic designers on staff to help you design your own EDDM. Some Ideas: • You can use aerials of the neighborhood you are farming. People love aerials of their neighborhood and these can make great conversation starters with friends. • You can use a marketing message and ask for graphics that support your marketing message. • Use photos of families and lifestyle. Show examples of the Florida lifestyle for waterfront communities. • Highlight some of your own information - showcase photos of homes you have listed or homes you sold last year.
HAVE YOUR OWN DESIGN? If you have your own photos you would like to use, or you have a theme in mind...that’s terrific! We can work with that! Provide us with camera ready artwork, or make an appointment to sit down with one of our graphic designers to help you come up with a unique theme reflecting your own brand. STEP 3
PICK YOUR BUDGET. The beauty of this program is that you don’t have to purchase 2,500 cards to participate. The commitment starts as low as 500! And with price breaks at 750, 1000, 1250, 1500, 1750, 2000 up to 3,250...you won’t have a lot of wasted EDDMs like with other programs where the minimum order is 2,500. Study the price breakdowns attached and if you have any questions your ASC cannot answer, contact Judy Graziosi at the South Hutchinson Island office 772-461-1324.
