OCEAN VILLAGE GENERAL INFORMATION-RULES & REGULATIONS This is a brief description of Ocean Village rules and regulations. Please refer to the Ocean Village Directory for complete details of rules and regulations or further information.
Upon entrance to Ocean Village all renters and guests must register at the Security Guesthouse. PARKING Overnight Parking is not permitted on property for RV’s and Trailers. Pickup trucks and motorcycles are permitted to park overnight on cluster property with cluster permission only. GENERAL RULES • All renters and guests must display a valid ID wristband while using the recreational facilities and Tiki bar • All persons under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while using any of the recreational facilities. (Note: see Sauna, Fitness Center and Spa rules for age restrictions.) • Any persons under 10 years old do NOT need a wristband • Renters and guests are responsible for damage to or the defacing of any property of Ocean Village • When wearing bathing suits, cover-ups are to be worn (both genders) at all times when not in the areas of the pool or the beach • When using the beach, State Law requires the use of beach access walkways. This is for the protection of the dune line PETS • NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY FOR RENTALS AND THEIR GUESTS SWIMMING POOLS • All guests and renters must have an Ocean Village ID wristband clearly visible • Swimming pool hours are 7:00am to 9:00pm at all lighted pools. Other pools are closed at dusk • Audio devices must be used with earphones in the pool area, except for organized activities • Persons under 3 years of age are prohibited from being in the pools. They may use the toddler pool only • No use of infant or adult diapers in pools • Food may not be brought onto or consumed on any pool deck. No glass of any type is allowed within the fenced pool area. Only food and beverages purchased at the Tiki Bar may be consumed on the Tiki deck • No drinking, smoking or eating will be permitted in any pool • Persons under 13 must have adult supervision

• SPA - persons under 13 years of age are not allowed in the spa. • SAUNA - Persons under 16 years of age are not allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult FITNESS CENTER • Please sign in prior to using equipment • Ocean Village ID wristband present on person • No one under 16 years of age is permitted in the Fitness Center or Foyer • Hours are posted CLUBHOUSES Beach Club, Aruba Center, Bermuda Recreation Center, Cayman Center, Ocean Village Clubhouse • Hours are 7:00am to 10:00pm • Kitchen facilities are available upon request GOLF COURSE • Possession and display of valid Ocean Village wristband is required • Each player must have his/her own set of clubs • Rentals are available at Golf Shack • No more than 4 persons may play per group • A practice green for putting and pitching • Use caution when crossing the roads in Ocean Village • Proper attire is required on course (no tank tops or bathing suits) SEASONAL TENNIS RULES & RESERVATION POLICY December 1 through April 30 • Prime Time - 8:00am to 12:30pm daily • Non-Prime Time 12:30pm-10:00pm daily • Tennis Wristbands- Available for purchase by Ocean Village renters and guest in the Tennis Pro Shop from December 1st. The cost of a wristband is $25.00 RESERVATION Any person may reserve one court for one time period per day during Prime Time. Wi-Fi is also available in public area on the resort (club houses, recreation center, library). To use this service simply click on your Wi-Fi enabled device and connect to your condo ID in your internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) then follow the instructions. Once the connection to the internet is established, you can proceed with your desired activities. WIRED ACCESS: To use this service, begin with your computer off. Connect the high speed (ethernet) cable in the guest room to the ethernet port in your laptop. Turn on computer open your internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) and follow the sign-on instructions. Once the connection to the internet is established you can proceed with your desired activities. TROUBLESHOOTING COMMON ISSUES: You are invited to call Stay Connected Customer Care, 877-474-2411, at any time however, the information below is offered for your convenience: “PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED” If you open your browser and receive this error message, it may just be your default web page that cannot be displayed. Check for internet connectivity by typing any valid internet website (such as www.msn.com or www.yahoo.com) in your address bar. If you still cannot contact Stay Connected Customer Care. “HTTP PROXY ERROR’’-If you open your browser and receive this error message uncheck any proxy settings in your browser.
