In general, 2014 proved to be another good year for single-family real estate activity. Overall, sales were up and the supply of homes available to choose from is down. It’s interesting to note that there was very little price appreciation in single-family homes sold under $500,000. We expect sales to remain strong, leading to an even healthier market in 2015 and an increase in home values. This should lead to an even healthier market in 2015 and an increase in home values.
