2014 Vero Beach Mainland Third Quarter Real Estate Report As trusted real estate advisors in our area, we are pleased to present our Third Quarter Real Estate Report. We have identified key indicators that impact home values. We also use this information for forecast local market trends that help our clients make informed decisions about buying and selling real estate. Single Family Homes – Vero Beach Mainland single family home market indicators through the third quarter showed continued signs of market stabilization. The number of properties sold increased slightly, the inventory of homes for sale dropped, and there was little or no change in pries. Sales activity during season is expected to increase with the possibility that inventory levels could drop further, resulting in gradual price appreciation. Condominiums – With the number of sales improving, inventory levels declining and an overall lower than average month’s supply of homes for sales, prices of mainland condominiums should have increased, but they did not. If market conditions continue, price appreciation is likely to occur in the first quarter of 2015. We invite your inquiries and welcome the opportunity to be of service to you.
