At least this was the concept preceding Belstaff’s fall / winter 2013 collection, a juxtaposition of old and new with a strong emphasis on waxed cotton woven into a cloth, serving as foundation for slick jackets, pants and skirts. It all came down to edgy looks, but the kind that don’t necessarily exclude femininity and ease.
