Dollar Tree, Inc., headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia, is the largest and most successful single-price-point retailer in North America. In spring 2018 they moved forward with plans for a distribution center in Morrow County, Ohio. As a result, Dollar Tree will be the second largest employer in the county, investing more than $125 million into the project and creating 400 new jobs for the Columbus Region.

Bleckmann is dedicated to third-party logistics in the fashion and lifestyle sector. They entered the U.S. market with a $3.5 million investment in a 175,000 square foot distribution center in the Columbus Region. The facility employs over 200 people in warehouse operations, production, supervisory roles, and operations management, with about a fifth of the positions in management and administration.
