Botanical Indulgence: A Happy Hour Walking Tour
Level: Beginner Length: 2 miles of level, paved walking We’ll stroll among the gardens of Crested Butte and take a tour through a few of Crested Butte’s food and drink establishments that have embraced the use of fresh and locally sourced botanicals in their concoctions.We will have tastings and hear from the people behind the creations about their traditions and inspiration. Cocktailing Into the Wild
Learn how to be a bartender in your own backyard. Rooted Apothecary’s Briana Wiles will share her secrets to making simple syrups, salts, sugars, elixirs, cordials and bitters all inspired and flavored with aromatics of nature. You’ll create cocktails based on your personal preference for flavors and tastes. Wild plantinfused spirits of tequila, Montanya rum, vodka, and more will be offered for mixing. Garden Tour, Wine, & Chocolate Level: Beginner Length: 2 miles of level, paved walking Enjoy a guided tour of our local gardens and their lovely flowers.
