INTERVIEW:

EMAIL: studentrecruitment@ccad.ac.uk

Interviews normally start in October and take place throughout the year. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible. An initial assessment and guidance interview will be arranged for you to have the opportunity to find out which course best suits you.

ONLINE: middlesbrough.ccad.ac.uk Scan QR CODE below POST: fill out the form at the back of the prospectus and send to: Student Recruitment, Cleveland College of Art & Design, Green Lane, Middlesbrough, TS5 7RJ

We promise to interview any student who applies to one of our courses. At interview you will be asked general questions regarding your application to us, some questions about yourself, your inspirations and aspirations and we ask students to bring a portfolio of their work to discuss. The most important thing about this interview is to be yourself. The idea behind your interview is to show us the kind of things you are interested in, for us to see how passionately you talk about your work and to help us make sure we find the best course to suit you. A portfolio is individual to very student and it is difficult to say exactly what it should consist of. As students will all have individual styles and will have been taught to produce work in different ways. We encourage students to bring anything that they feel will help support their application to the college. A portfolio should be prepared in a logical order.
