Tender document may be obtained on any working days from the National Identification Agency (NIDA) situated at Kimihurura from 30 th May 2013, upon presentation of proof payment of a nonrefundable fee of five thousand Rwandan francs (5,000 Rwf) of each tender deposited to the Account No 120.00.46 of RRA at the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR). Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound and presented in four copies of which, an original and three copies, must reach, in sealed envelopes, the National Identification Agency at the address mentioned above Not later than the dates and time mentioned in the table above. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at National Identification Agency (NIDA) meeting room, Kimihurura on the date and time mentioned in the table above The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title of the tender. N.B: For tender reference number 001-N/S/NIDA/2013-2014 and 005-I/S/NIDA/2013-2014 Technical Proposals shall be placed in an envelope clearly marked “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL, COMPANY NAME, TENDER TITLE AND REFERENCE NUMBER” and the Financial Proposal in the one marked “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL, COMPANY NAME, TENDER TITLE AND REFERENCE NUMBER”. These two envelopes, in turn, shall be placed in an outer envelope bearing the address and information indicated in the data sheet. The envelope shall be clearly marked: TENDER TITLE AND REFERENCE NUMBER.
