Activity Mirror, Mirror

What You Need No supplies needed. What You Do Walk around your home with your child and point out each mirror. Have them look in the mirror and say, “Jesus loves [child’s name].” Say, “Jesus loves everyone. Jesus loves me, and Jesus loves you. Follow me! I’ll show you who Jesus loves!” Place your child in front of a mirror and point to their reflection. Say, “Say, Jesus loves [child’s name].” (Wait for them to repeat you.) Walk them around to all the mirrors in your home as time allows and repeat the same process. When you are finished with the activity, say, “Jesus loves everyone! Jesus loves me, and Jesus loves you! Who does Jesus love? Jesus loves everyone.”

Prayer “God, thank you for sending Jesus to be our friend forever and show us how to love everyone the way he loves everyone. Help us do everything in love the way Jesus does. We love you, God. In Jesus’ name, amen.”
