AMessage fromthe ProgramDirectors
Greetings Amazing JJPBC Moms,
What a year! Thank you so much for your creativity, dedication, and support throughout the year. The wonderful thing about programming is it can not be done alone. We always say that programming is the heart of Jack and Jill and we were a team. Your flexibility and understanding of the various restrictions did not go unnoticed. It was because of you that we were able to create another superior handbook Thank you

As we look back at the year’s phenomenal activities, who could forget the Jack and Jill Day treasure hunt which was showcased to the region, or when the Sugar Palms took it back to the Motherland with African Dance and drumming? What about when the Teddy Bear Palms went to the Museum of Discovery Science and learned about electricity and built their own generator, which is included in the national publication, Scope. Let’s not forget about how the Windmill Palms went Glamping and Camping, how the Majestic Palms went back in time to capture the essence of great African American icons or how the Royal Palms braved “A Night in the Museum ” Our teens also made great things happen at teen conference when they placed first in the t-shirt design contest
Lastly, a major shout out to IPP Lakiesha, PP Elrika, Karlene and the Five Star committee for their commitment to excellence as our chapter received Five Star status! Also special shout outs to Moms Francine and VP Jennifer Mazyck-Brown and their committees for working tirelessly to organize a beautiful and memorable experience for our kids and the community. In closing, a special thank you to IPP Lakiesha for your leadership over the past two years. Your guidance and support was very much appreciated.
Once again, moms thank you!
