Veth Propulsion 1 Training A nautical training programme from Veth Propulsion takes (at least) two days. It is important that you experience the difference between manoeuvring with a conventional system and manoeuvring with azimuth thrusters. After theoretical instruction, you are given the opportunity to put this knowledge into practice and to operate the Veth Propulsion 1 azimuth thrusters yourself. You have the opportunity to follow on-board complimentary training that addresses subjects such as: • Technical operation and electrical control of azimuth thrusters • Faults (diagnosis and resolution) / making an emergency stop • Maintenance of an azimuth thruster In short, in a few days you will get in-depth training that puts education and experience first. You learn to manoeuvre with azimuth thrusters both in theory and in practice. Conditions: - Price and date are by request and dependent on the availability of a boat and trainers - Participants must have taken at least 2 days of training to be eligible to receive a certificate of participation. - The standard training programme is 2 days, although these days do not have to be scheduled consecutively. - Groups consist of a maximum of 4 people. If there are more people, it is preferable to split up the group.
