How to save a life; adopt a Pound Pet!

Find us on Facebook at: www.facebook.com/cowra.council

Want to give a new home to an abandoned animal? Here’s your chance with Cowra Council’s “Adopt a Pound Pet” Program. Council has three adorable doggies in our latest group from Cowra Pound that we’re trying to find affectionate homes for. The program aims to reduce the euthanasia of cats and dogs that are brought to the Pound with no identification; pound animals that are adopted are micro-chipped by Council to reduce the cost of registration by the new owner. Council also offers a trial period of two-weeks to ensure that the animal is wellsuited to its new environment before the animal is registered. Want to give these Pound animals a new home? Contact Cowra Council on (02) 6340 2041 to find-out more!
