Free coach tours to Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience!

Cowra Council is offering community members the opportunity to visit the fantastic Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience travelling exhibition in Orange with two sponsored coach trips. The trips are with Cowra Bus Service on Wednesday, March 15 and Thursday, March 16. Both trips depart from the Cowra Peace Bell in Darling Street at 9.30am and return at 2.30pm. The Spirit of Anzac Centenary Experience is Australia’s flagship community event of the Anzac centenary. It has been touring 23 locations around Australia and brings to life an infant Australia still finding its feet on the eve of war. It follows in the footsteps of our soldiers, sailors, airmen and nurses throughout the campaign, including a commemoration of Australia’s century of service. Driven by artefacts from the Australian War Memorial, the Experience also integrates interactive environments, special effects and more to tell Australia’s story in new and engaging ways. The trip includes return travel to Orange and entry to the Exhibition. Lunch will be at the traveller’s own expense. Places are strictly limited; to book your place, contact Cowra Bus Service on 6342 1021 or email: info@cowrabus.com.au
