Thank you to all the children and
Ebony parents who have ensured that
the correct school uniform is being worn. The children look fantastic and the feeling of pride and belonging that the wearing of the school uniform brings can not be measured. Please also ensure that your child is wearing the correct school hat during these warmer months. The school does have a “no hat no play” policy and any child not wearing the school hat will need to remain in the shaded areas. Late last year it was decided to alter the school hat and the new version can be purchased at Mr Embroidery. During the phase in period the old style school hat is perfectly fine to wear. Please help us to ensure the long term safety and well being of our students by making sure your child has their school hat with them when they leave home for school.
Yesterday, the Primary Swimming Carnival was held at Cowra Pool. Congratulations to all the children who competed with so much enthusiasm. Those students who were successful in their races and race times will now go on to compete at Canowindra next Friday, 20th February. I know that you will do well. Congratulations to all those students who also competed just for the fun of it. It was great to see so many students having a go! As well as this you also earned points for your house. Further details are included later on in this newsletter. Congratulations to Mrs Johnson who once again organised an excellent carnival.
