PARENT/TEACHER INTERVIEWS At the moment teaching staff are busy completing Semester 1 Student Reports. These will be distributed to children and parents at our Three-way Interviews, which will be during week 9 and 10. Each teacher has been allocated time to hold Parent/Teacher Interviews, as well as offering times before and after school so that all parents are able to attend. An Interview Roster Sheet will be sent home with next week’s Newsletter.

RED REPORT FOLDERS At this time each year we put out a call for the red HPS School Report Folders to be sent back in to school. This is so your child’s report can be placed inside and kept safe and secure until the three-way interviews. Please hand your child’s folder into the Office so that their reports can be inserted into it to be sent home. For those students who are new to our school this year

Every morning students at HPS have a fruit break. It would be appreciated if parents and caregivers could ensure that their child brings a piece of fruit or vegetable to enjoy during fruit break. Thank you.

STUDENT FAMILY AND EMERGENCY CONTACTS Please ensure that your contact numbers are kept up to date. If you have a change of phone number for yourself or an emergency contact please NOTIFY THE SCHOOL IMMEDIATELY. The school must have a current contact number for each student so a family
