Participant Step-­‐by-­‐Step Instructions:

Activity 1: Create voice recordings and create a fluency digital portfolio Step 1: Important: Clearly state your name at the beginning of each memo. Each person should practice at least 2 reading fluency checks using the selection. The recorder should also time the reader. When finished, count the number of words read. This information can be included in metadata later. Step 2: Create a Smart Playlist that will organize memos in a digital portfolio when synced.* Step 3: In iTunes, click File > New > Smart Playlist Step 4: Make sure to set the “artist” container and type in the student name after the “contains” box.
