Dave Eberwein is the new Maintenance Supervisor for Sunnyside Child Development Center. He started on December 4th and is originally from Niskayuna, now residing in Rensselaer with his wife of just over a year and their dog, a German Shepard, Border Collie and Chocolate Labrador mix. Gayle Pausley is our new Program Coordinator at the Sister Maureen Joyce Centers. Originally from Toms River NJ, she now lives with her sister in North Greenbush and enjoys spending time with her son and grandson.

5th Annual Sr. Maureen Joyce Dinner 2017 marks the 5th Annual Sister Maureen Joyce Center Dinner! Our Mardi Gras celebration will be held on Tuesday, February 28th, 2017 at The Century House in Latham. Tickets are available for $125 and all proceeds directly support the SMJ Center and help those who turn to us daily for food, clothing, assistance, and advocacy. Not able to attend, but still want to help? You can purchase and/or sell Raffle Tickets for the event. For just $20 you can support the SMJ Center's mission and get three chances to win! Prizes are $500, $250 and $125. You do not have to be present at the event to win.
Catholic Charities will be celebrating 100 years of Caring Beyond Belief in 2017. Stay tuned for upcoming events to commemorate this centennial anniversary!
BONUS! The staff member who sells the most raffle tickets will get a FREE raffle ticket entry of their own into the drawing! You can sell raffle tickets to your friends, family members, volunteers, etc. You can even have your volunteers sell raffle tickets for you! Camp Scully 2017 Registration Camp Scully Summer Camp registration is off to a booming start! As of January 9th there are 156 campers registered for 2017, compared to the same day last year when there were 56 campers registered at this time! So far, the top 3 weeks are Star Wars (week 3), Disney (week 7) and Water Week (week 8) all tied with 26 campers registered. If you're interested in offering your clients the opportunity for their children to experience camp, get those applications in NOW for financial assistance. Also, remember Staff are also able to take advantage of 15% discounts for all Camp Scully programs including Winter Camp, Spring Camp, and Summer Day or Overnight Camp for their children. Questions?
