The Hannaford Supermarket located in E. Greenbush has chosen The Sister Maureen Joyce Center for the next two months. This means for the entire month of March AND April, every time the Fight Hunger bag is purchased at the East Greenbush store we receive $.25. The Hannaford Supermarket in Wynantskill has chosen to support The Roarke Center for the month of March. Please visit the stores, find the reusable bag rack and buy a few Fight Hunger bags. And remember to spread the word – the more bags purchased, the bigger donation!

The 5th Annual Sister Maureen Joyce Center Dinner was February 28th and it turned out to be a great night! The weather was pleasant, so we had a full house with 178 guests attending the event. We had wonderful words from speakers Rev. John Bradley, Tri-County Board President Lucy Halstead and Bishops Sharfenberger and Hubbard. We sold nearly 200 raffle tickets with SMJ Program Coordinator Gayle Pausley selling not only the most tickets, but the 1st prize winning ticket as well (we hear it went to her Brother-In-Law!).
