However, Capt. Frankie Torres continues to distinguish himself in service to example. His policing knowledge, skill, and ability, coupled with almost three decades of in-depth knowledge of how the Riverbay Corporation operates, makes Frankie Torres the ideal candidate to assume the Captain’s position which entails increased responsibility. “I intend to continue to maintain the relationship that the department of Public Safety has built with the shareholders and the community at-large,” said Capt. Torres. “I look forward to continuing to provide the service that we perform every day here in Co-op City and to maintain the quality of life for the residents of the development.”
