About • us Heutink International is an international manufacturer of the brands Educo, Jegro, Nienhuis Montessori and Arts & Crafts. Our brands are made in 3 factories: The Netherlands, China and Sri Lanka. Besides manufacturing our own brands, Heutink International offers external parties the opportunity to create a custom product. Due to a small MOQ of 50-100 pieces and a manufacturing lead time of 6-8 weeks, the factory in the Netherlands is ideal for a product start up. For MOQ’s over 500 pieces, our factories overseas are interesting partners as well.

Private • label Have you developed an educational plan or an idea for an innovative product? Heutink International can help you to realise your plan. We can manufacture your product in one of our factories. If you choose to work together with us, you will always have access to the best quality at a great price. Additionally, your products will feature your own branding. Craftmanship We offer customized wood products, stamps and additional materials and we use both digital and silkscreen printing. We take our craftmanship seriously. As such, we make customized products by combining our various production techniques.

Our factory in the Netherlands has a short manufacturing lead time. In addition, we provide a prototype before you place your final order. Another advantage is the small MOQ. Depending on the product, we can already produce quantities from 50 pieces per order. Smaller quantities allow you to toe the water in a new market. In other words, there is little initial risk. When the product is a success, we can give you a quotation of our factories overseas.

Safety Wood is a frequently used raw material in our company. As most of our products are made for children, all our raw materials have been tested and passed EN 71-3.
Wooden boxes Most of the Heutink International products are stored in wooden boxes. Wooden boxes can be produced in several ways. For example, with a hinged lid, a separate lid, a sliding lid or partitions. In addition to the wooden boxes as storage for additional materials, we also produce gift boxes such as a drawing set or tea box. We also have the facilities to produce vacuum-formed boxes. We can therefore create bespoke plastic boxes. A good example is the Split(s) box. By adding a print, you will have your own unique product.

Heutink International produces wood products in various types and sizes and pays a lot of attention to quality. We work with birch plywood, MDF and beech wood in combination with water-based lacquer. Of course, other materials can be discussed as well.
