Terms & Conditions of Booking PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS To make a provisional booking, please contact our Christmas booking office on 0845 4090430 (charged at local rate) where availability will be checked. Your tentative booking will be held for a maximum period of 14 days. During this time a deposit of £10 per person for all festive party events will be required. Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve celebrations will require a deposit of £25 per person. All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable; any lost deposits due to any reduction in numbers are non-transferable to the final balance or to an additional event. Payments made in full are non refundable. For bookings where deposits are not received after this period of 14 days – all reservations will be automatically released. The number of places reserved must match the number of deposits received. If you intend coming into the Hotel to settle your account, please let us know so that we may ensure that a Christmas Co-ordinator is available to see you. For any party bookings taken after 12th November 2010, full payment will be required at the time of booking. FULL PAYMENTS Full payment for all festive party events is required by Friday 12th November 2010.
