Smoking Policy Please note in adherence to the government policy the building is entirely non-smoking, an outside allocated smoking area is provided.
Your tentative booking will be held for a maximum of 14 days. During this time a deposit of £10 per person for all festive party events will be required. Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve celebrations will require a deposit of £25 per person. All deposits are non–refundable and non-transferable; any lost deposits due to any reduction in numbers are non-transferable to the final balance or to an additional event.
Entertainment / Acts / Groups / DJs Cedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for the failings or non – appearance of any of the musicians / tribute acts or DJs booked. However the management at Cedar Court Hotel will offer their best alternative at their discretion.
Payments made in full are non -refundable. For bookings where deposits are not received after this period of 14 days – all reservations will be automatically released. The number of places reserved must match the number of deposits received after this period of 14 days – all unconfirmed reservations will be automatically released. Payments can be made by credit/debit card or by cheque made payable to ‘Cedar Court Hotel Leeds/Bradford’. Telephone payments are also accepted by debit or credit card. If paying by cheque, the hotel will only accept one cheque per party; otherwise there will be a processing charge of 50p per cheque. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT but are subject to any government increases prior to the event. Private Parties For private parties minimum numbers apply which will be discussed on enquiry. These minimum numbers will be chargeable, even if your numbers reduce.

Rights Reserved The hotel reserved the right to refuse admission. Unless stated please note all events are adult only. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative date or event of equal value, subject to availability. No beverages of any kind are to be brought into the hotel by event guests even as a gift or prize unless prior written authorisation has been received from the Managing Director. You will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises/equipment by negligence, wilful act/default of any person invited to the hotel by you or your party.
