Finished Ends
There are a variety of finished end options:
Matching Finished Ends (MFE) - the factory will finish the end panels, but you will have a ¼” reveal on the face frame. There is no charge for MFE.
¾” Flush Finished Ends (FFE) (upcharge) - The seam is still visible between the frame and side return.
Matching ¼” plywood panel ends (field installed) will “flush-out” the reveal on the finished ends. These are sometimes known as “skins” and there is an extra cost (BEP, WEP, TEP).
For Full Access cabinets, your only choice is matching veneered ends (MVE) at no charge. Since frameless cabinets have no ¼” reveal you’ll end up with a flush finished end.

Finish Enhancements
Kith One offers several popular enhancements to their finishes for just a 10% upcharge.
GLAZES
Pewter, Chocolate, Coffee
Available on stains & paints
RUB THROUGH
Rub-Through is a hand applied sanding of the base coat to give a worn look.
Available on stains & paints
BRUSHED GLAZES
Applying a brown or gray glaze over the base color with a brush gives the door a soft brush stroke appearance. This process can dramatically change the color of the base coat, so be careful. Note this enhancement is only provided on the parts visible from the outside of the cabinet. The back of doors and drawer fronts will remain the base color.
VINTAGE
Vintage is a hand applied brush-stroked all-over glaze for STAINS ONLY. It is applied only to parts visible from the outside. Insides of doors are left stained only.
HEIRLOOM
Available on paints & stains. Heirloom combines a factory distressing with rub-throughs and rasp marks. The heirloom effect is applied only to the outside of the doors/fronts. Insides of doors are left stained only. Moldings do not get heirloom.
We strongly recommend you order a touch up kit for each order.
We also offer stain or paint for $35 list per pint and spray cans of paint for $90 list.
Custom Colors
If you need a paint color that is not part of Kith’s standard colors, you can order a “custom color”. We can paint your cabinets almost any Sherwin Williams color.
• Custom Stains are not available.
• $1000 Dealer Net Cost
• This fee includes the production of sample doors. One will be shipped for your approval, and the other kept at the plant for reference.
• Doors should be ordered prior to sending in the cabinetry order.
To begin the process and order doors, submit just the custom color cover sheet.
• Custom Color Cover Sheet Required for all orders
• (pg 26 in KithONE PDF spec book) or on the Dealer Portal

Ordering Timeframes and Approvals
Each State has an ordering window. In Indiana and Ohio, that window closes at noon each Monday. In Kentucky and Tennessee, the window closes at noon on Tuesday.
Allow 24 hours for an acknowledgment to be returned. Note:
If you have major modifications requiring an engineering drawing, you may expect to receive the acknowledgment in 48+ hours. If you haven’t received your acknowledgment in 24-48 hours. Call customer service!
Indiana and Ohio must sign off orders via email by noon on Tuesdays.
Kentucky and Tennessee must sign off orders via email by noon on Wednesdays.
Ordering Timeframes and Approvals
Send all orders to: orders@kithkitchens.com
Review your acknowledgment carefully—line by line. Mistakes are not common, but they can happen. If you approve an acknowledgment with errors, they become your errors.
• Please don’t wait until your ordering window is near to send in your orders. This creates a bottle-neck for customer service. Go ahead and send them as soon in the week as they are ready!
Changes and Cancellations:
Once an acknowledgment is approved by you, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
Ordering Timeframes and Approvals
If your dealership has a credit account with Kith Kitchens, then just reply to the acknowledgment email with your approval (or with any changes.)
Subsequent acknowledgments (with changes) must likewise be approved.
If you have a cash account, then reply to the acknowledgment with your approval (or with any changes) and send along a photocopy of your check made out to Kith Kitchens for the amount due per your credit letter.
Freight and Delivery
Your acknowledgment will have estimated delivery dates on it. If you are prepaid, you will receive an acknowledgment with dates after payment and approval.
Some common reasons for delays:
• Custom-engineered cabinets or Specialty Doors.
• Stanisci Hoods, Metal Hoods, or Designer Hoods.
• Custom Color Match.
• Not sending acknowledgment approval on time.
• Failing to send a check or credit card with the acknowledgment approval (if required).
Freight and Delivery
Kith delivers by dedicated fleet trucks and common carriers. The dealer must have a representative on hand to sign for and receive orders. The trucker is responsible for moving boxes to his tailgate only. The dealer must provide assistance to remove the boxes.
Dedicated fleet trucks are better equipped to handle cabinetry and less shipping damage is liable to occur.
Kith offers Job-Site delivery. These are handled through a third-party provider. Please provide final-mile delivery instructions with your order.
A rough guideline on the costs is $350 net dealer cost for the first 16 cabinets and $18 per additional cabinet. Final fees are calculated by Kith with info you provide.
A dealer representative must be present and assist with the unloading. Additional lead times may apply.
Warranty & Damage
Send all warranty orders to: warranty@kithkitchens.com
Any damaged or lost items should be reported immediately by filling out a replacement form.
• Photos required
• Form must be completely filled out
• Note: the better the information you provide, the quicker your request can be reviewed. Photos, correct item descriptions, line-item numbers from the acknowledgment, and correct purchase order numbers are all things you can provide to speed up the processing.
• Warranty requests will be reviewed as they are received and, if valid, shipped within 10 business days (15 business days for color-match items)
• Acknowledgments are emailed and should be reviewed carefully. If any errors, report immediately. Replacements are automatically put on the next available schedule and do not require approval by you.
• If feasible, warranty orders are shipped via common carrier or FedEx ground. If they must go out on a Cycle Truck, this may delay their arrival to you.
Expedite Orders
Send all expedited orders to: orders@kithkitchens.com
Requests for expedited orders are limited to a maximum of two cabinets and eight total items. So, two uppers along with a dishwasher return panel, and five moldings would be okay. Three uppers would not qualify.
Expedited orders add 20% to the cost and normally ship out within 10 business days of your approval of the acknowledgment. You pay freight for expedited orders which average $200 for common carrier (larger items) and $45 per piece for FedEx ground. Items that require the normal cycle truck such as utility cabinets, wainscot panels, etc. will be processed as a regular order—not expedited.
We’ve covered a lot of information.
