A Blast From the Past

2004-05 CPN Board Meetings Calendar

by Dorothy M. Crowder

2005

esterday, I received an important form that had to be filled out with a #2 pencil. I found a brand new #2 pencil with no point. I got frustrated for a minute because I didn’t feel like searching for a pencil sharpener. Then I remembered how my father sharpened my pencils for school when I was a little girl. He used a small household knife. He chipped away the hard wood, until he got a nice point. After a few finishing touches, the pencil was ready for a day at school. I was able to sharpen my pencil and take care of my important form in a few minutes.
