 Population growth in the last decade: more than 400 000 people (10% of total)  Over the past 5 years, the domestic component increased by 0.2% compared to a

growth of the foreign component of 66% (over 200 million people in absolute terms)

 Between 2003 and 2011 more than 22 thousand people from Emilia Romagna

emigrated to other Countries and more than 250 thousand to other Italian regions

 Strongly decreases the age group (15-39), which should provide a decisive impetus

to growth (-2.6% between 2007 and 2012)

• 5 sectors: sales, mechanical, electrical-electronic, catering, administrative - secretarial • Training Enterprise (Didactic Restaurant)

Young people in the VET (Compulsory) System (under 18)

Training courses (2 yearlong – 1000 h/ year, out of them 350 h stage in enterprise) for around 400 adolescents

Transnational projects focusing on new skills for new professional profiles and new training needs Transfer of innovation projects / development of innovation projects / strategic partnerships in VET system / adult education Cross-border cooperation projects
