Japan produces motor vehicles, electronics… Some of the most well-known companies are from there: Toyota, Nintendo, Sony, Honda, Toshiba, Canon...

There are over 600 islands. There are 4 large ones: Hokaido, Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu

Highest mountain: Mount Fuji (3,777m). It’s a volcano. Rivers: Shinano (377 km), Tone River (322 Km) Climate: 4 seasons: - Spring: Sunny - Summer: Hot and humid -Rainy season: June/July -Winter : Mild/Snow in the North.

Geisha: Woman who entertain guests playing musical instruments, singing, dancing, reciting poems... Samurai: Ancient warrior. Very skilled fighter and swordman. Main weapon: Katana Haiku: Poems consisting of 3 lines Manga: Comics created in Japan. They’re painted in black and white. Kamishibai: Storytelling with story cards with the images on one side and the text on the back side. Ninja: Warriors with supernatural skills. They wear black clothes
